HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?<\/strong><\/span>
First, view our event calendar and choose an event you would like to attend. Add seats to your cart. Visit your cart to process the transaction and securing your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the event, registration(s), and transaction.<\/p>\n

HOW DO TICKETS WORK?<\/strong><\/span>
With each registration a ticket is issued. When you arrive to your event the easiest way to check-in is to have your ticket(s) ready for scanning as you enter (either by print or by phone). However, we can also check you in by name if your ticket is not present. Registrations are saved under the name provided at the time of registration. Welcome to the event!<\/p>\n

CAN I PAINT SOMETHING DIFFERENT?<\/strong><\/span>
Every event is set up to instruct a specific painting. We encourage everyone to follow along learning as they go. For our more accomplished painters thinking outside the canvas is welcome. Sometimes this means choosing a different palette of colors or altering the subject or style in some way. Our artists are prepared to teach that event\u2019s featured piece, but, it\u2019s your masterpiece so own it, be daring, and have fun.<\/a><\/p>\n

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION\/REFUND POLICY?<\/strong><\/span>
Registrations paid in advance (excluding private parties) may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your event. Purple Easel is an entertainment event much like a theater, concert, or play. Cancellations for a refund are permitted with notice at least 48 hours before your event. You may instead reschedule with 48 hours notice before the start of your event and apply the event fee to a future class. 48 hour notice allows us time to fill seats before events begin and honor the waiting-list.<\/p>\n

Event fees are nonrefundable if not canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance of the event<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

How to Request a Refund<\/span>
<\/strong>To request a refund email us at\u00a0Reservations@PurpleEasel.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>48 hours before the event.
We will process your refund and reply with a confirmation.<\/p>\n

How to Request Studio Credit<\/span><\/strong>
Studio credit is available in lieu of a refund, upon request, 48 hours before the event.
Studio credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, expires after 6 months.<\/p>\n

How to Reschedule or Use Studio Credit<\/span>
<\/strong>To reschedule, email us at\u00a0Reservations@PurpleEasel.com<\/a>.
Include the day, time, and painting name of the event you would like to reschedule to<\/span>.
Rescheduled tickets are nonrefundable. Confirmation will be sent within one business day.<\/p>\n

Regarding Private Party Refunds<\/span><\/strong>
Full refund up to 1 week before event date, 60% refund available the week leading up to the event, no notice no show no refund.<\/p>\n

COVID Consideration<\/span><\/strong>
On Arrival for an in-person event, if you are uncomfortable for any reason and choose not to attend, a full refund can be made available, just contact us within 48hrs after and our office staff will address this. Society is gathering again, and everyone\u2019s pace is different. We respect this.<\/p>\n

ARE THERE WAITING LISTS FOR SOLD-OUT EVENTS?<\/strong><\/span>
Yes. If an event is sold out email us at\u00a0<\/span>Reservations@PurpleEasel.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to be added to the waiting list. If we have cancellations you will be contacted before the event as early as possible. If you are invited to attend the event we will have you pay at check-in.<\/p>\n

<\/a>HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?<\/strong><\/span>
Gift Cards are redeemed at the time of online registration. When your gift card was issued we emailed you a unique code to use at check-out. The value of the gift card is stored with this code. As you use the code on the website the value will incrementally decrease.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> once the code is entered on the website at check-out the value is decreased and cannot be undone<\/span><\/strong>. Contact Reservations@PurpleEasel.com<\/a> if you have any trouble<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>HOW DO I USE MY COUPON or LOYALTY POINTS?<\/strong><\/span>
First, follow the instructions on the card. If you find a \u201cPromo Code\u201d on your coupon, enter this at the time of registration.<\/p>\n
