In this immersive wellness workshop, participants will transform simple brown bag materials into layered mixed-media artwork using acrylic paint, embroidery thread, and reflective creative prompts.

Through painting, stitching, and guided intention-setting, each participant will create a personalized frameable piece featuring a meaningful quote, affirmation, or phrase woven directly into the artwork by hand.

Inspired by themes of resilience, repair, identity, and personal narrative, this Creative Reset Experience™ invites participants to slow down, reflect, and engage the creative process as a pathway toward clarity and emotional grounding.

No artistic skill required.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
This is an IN-PERSON Event at our Studio in Ontario CA
• Wear clothing you’re ok getting a little paint on, we do provide everyone with aprons
• Bring your favorite beverages (alcohol ok), with or without snacks.
• If you need plates, glasses or bottle openers, bring those too
• Doors open 30 minutes before the event’s start time
• Large parties arrive early to save seats
• We start promptly on time
