Whether you’re navigating graduation, an empty nest, seasonal change, or simply seeking renewed direction, this immersive wellness workshop offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Through intuitive vision boarding and guided journaling, participants will create a personalized visual storyboard using spontaneous collage techniques designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and intentional forward movement.

Participants will:
• explore creative expression as a tool for insight and emotional awareness
• identify subconscious patterns through imagery and reflection
• engage in guided journaling to support clarity and growth mindset

No artistic skill required.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
This is an IN-PERSON Event at our Studio in Ontario CA
• Wear clothing you’re ok getting a little paint on, we do provide everyone with aprons
• Bring your favorite beverages (alcohol ok), with or without snacks.
• If you need plates, glasses or bottle openers, bring those too
• Doors open 30 minutes before the event’s start time
• Large parties arrive early to save seats
• We start promptly on time
