HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
First, view our calendars and find an event you want to attend. Click the button under the event that says “Register.” Follow the online prompts and submit your payment. You will receive a confirmation by email. Online registration ends at the start of an event, seats may still be available unless indicated as sold out.

CAN I PAINT SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
Every event is set up to instruct a specific painting. We encourage everyone to follow along learning as they go. For our more accomplished painters thinking outside the canvas is welcome. Sometimes this means choosing a different palette of colors or altering the subject or style in some way. Our artists are prepared to teach that event’s featured piece, but, it’s your masterpiece so own it, be daring, and have fun.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Reservations paid in advance (excluding private parties) may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your event. Purple Easel is an entertainment event much like a theater, concert, or play. Cancellations for a refund are permitted with notice at least 48 hours before your event. You may instead reschedule with 48 hours notice before the start of your event and apply the event fee to a future class. 48 hour notice allows us time to fill seats before events begin and honor the waiting-list.
Event fees are nonrefundable if not canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance of the event.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund email us at Reservations@PurpleEasel.com 48 hours before the event.
We will process your refund and reply with a confirmation.

How to Request Studio Credit
Studio credit is available in lieu of a refund, upon request, 48 hours before the event.
Studio credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, expires after 6 months.

How to Reschedule or Use Studio Credit
To reschedule, email us at Reservations@PurpleEasel.com.
Include the day, time, and painting name of the event you would like to reschedule to.
Rescheduled tickets are nonrefundable. Confirmation will be sent within one business day.

ARE THERE WAITING LISTS FOR SOLD-OUT EVENTS?
Yes. If an event is sold out email us at Reservations@PurpleEasel.com to be added to the waiting list. If we have cancellations you will be contacted before the event as early as possible. If you are invited to attend the event we will have you pay at check-in.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD VOUCHER?
Gift Cards are redeemed at the time of online registration. Your card will have a promo code, enter this when you register online. Please register only 1 seat at a time when using Gift Cards. The gift card must be surrendered at check-in or the balance is due. Gift cards are not accepted for use at private parties.

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON or LOYALTY POINTS?
Find the “Promo Code” on your coupon and enter this at the time of registration. Please register only 1 seat at a time when using coupons unless otherwise permitted per the coupon. Coupons must be surrendered and loyalty points redeemed at the time of check-in or the balance will be due. 5STAR promos with an expiration date received by text or email must be used at the studio by the expiration date.

Note: Free seats may only be redeemed on a “following” event. A regular event is any event priced $45 or less. “Free Seats” claimed by points may be used toward events up to $45 in value. To use “Free Seats” claimed by points toward special events priced $46 or more please email Reservations@PurpleEasel.com.

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Reservations are highly recommended. Walk-ins are welcome, seats permitting.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Every event’s fee furnishes you with all the necessary tools & supplies to produce a personal work of art.

  • Many events are $35
  • Some events are $45
  • Kid events $25

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND?
Children 13 years old or older may paint while accompanied by a painting adult. Infants are not permitted during any regular event. By law you must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

ARE THERE KID EVENTS?
Purple Easel hosts Kid Events frequently! These events are for children 5 to 12 accompanied by an adult. Adults may paint too for the same price. Snacks and beverages are permitted during kid events but no alcohol.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Doors open 30 minutes before each event. We recommend you arrive early to avoid long lines at check-in.

WHAT TYPE OF BEVERAGE MAY I BRING TO DRINK?
You are welcome to bring any beverage to Purple Easel, even snacks if you like. Many people bring their favorite bottle of wine, cheeses & crackers, they treat it like a picnic.

DO YOU HAVE BOTTLE OPENERS OR GLASSES?
No, we furnish all the painting supplies, if you need glasses or bottle openers don’t forget to bring them. You’re welcome to bring a small cooler with ice or even snacks to share with friends.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing that you’re not afraid to have some paint get on. We’ll always have aprons for you.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY SUPPLIES?
We furnish all necessary painting supplies. However, if you have certain favorite tools you’re welcome to use them.

CAN I SIT ANYWHERE?
Seating is open.

WHEN CAN I TAKE MY PAINTING HOME?
Right after the event, everyone walks out with a personally painted masterpiece!
